Scope of Application
This product is suitable for lithium battery management systems with 8 to 16 cells in series. It offers protection and recovery functions for the battery pack, including over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, high temperature, low temperature, and short-circuit protection. It achieves precise State of Charge (SOC) measurement and State of Health (SOH) health status statistics during the charging and discharging processes. It also ensures voltage balancing during the charging process.
Through human-computer interaction via upper computer software, users can display and set parameters for alarm protection, such as voltage, current, and temperature. The product stores and displays real-time and historical operational data of the battery. It provides various sleep and wake-up modes and enables parallel communication through RS485. Data communication with the PC is achieved via RS485 and CAN, and parameter configuration and data monitoring are carried out through human-computer interaction using upper computer software. This product finds wide applications in areas like home energy storage inverters, indoor and outdoor base stations, and more.

Assembly and Usage Precautions:
- When connecting or disconnecting power, it is essential to follow the correct power-up and power-down sequence.
- When connecting the battery pack, be cautious not to connect it incorrectly or reverse the connections. If you cannot establish a connection with the host computer or if there is noticeable heating of the main chips on the circuit board, promptly power down. The circuit board may be damaged at this point, requiring replacement and repair.
- During assembly, avoid touching the circuit board components with wire ends, solder, or other materials, as such contact may lead to component damage and result in malfunctions.
- Strictly adhere to the design parameters specified in the specification document to avoid potential damage to the circuit board.
- During usage, pay attention to moisture, water resistance, and electrostatic discharge precautions.
- When conducting charge-discharge tests on the battery pack equipped with the management system, do not use a battery aging cabinet to measure the voltage of individual battery cells. Doing so might result in damage to the management system and batteries.
- After assembling the battery pack, perform complete charge and discharge cycles to trigger overcharge and over-discharge protection mechanisms. This allows the circuit board to learn the initial battery capacity.
- The management system does not support charging 0V batteries. If a battery reaches 0V, its performance will degrade significantly, potentially leading to damage. To prevent battery damage, users should periodically charge batteries during extended periods of non-use (beyond 3 months). Additionally, after using the battery, promptly recharge within 12 hours to prevent self-discharge from causing the battery to drop to 0V.

This is a perfect lithium 48v 100ah battery powerwall I have ever got from China. CMX use laser welding for these prismatic lfp cells and the BMS can communicate with my sol art 8000w and 12000w inverter. it shows all information. thanks guys. a cheaper alternative to tesla powerwall.
